Our landscape is shifting. Mobile usage is starting to outpace desktop access. How do you keep up with ever increasing variations of devices and resolutions? One approach offered by Ethan Marcotte is to make your site responsive.

In this months meeting we are going to discuss the concepts of responsive design as well look at some solutions that will help make our sites responsive to multiple screen resolutions.

Improving Your Sites Accessibility

Building an accessible website does not require a lot of specialized knowledge or an expensive set of testing tools. In this presentation Mark Aplet will present a few programming concepts to help you get started in creating a good foundation in which to build on. We will also look at some tools and methods to help you test and identify problem areas on your website.

Time permitting, we will look at a few peoples sites and offer tips and suggestions to improve a sites accessibility. Those interested in getting feedback should come armed with either a preview link or source code.
