Have you seen websites that work well on scall screens like mobile phones and tablett and wonderd how it was done? What about websites that change their content to fit the size of your browser? What you may not have known is that many of these slick enhancements can be done with simple css. Object Oriented CSS (OOCSS) put plain and simple is a css framework or a methodology in which to build lightweight reusable css code. In this presentation, Mark Aplet will focus on the methodology and principals of OOCSS and less on the actual framework by Nicole Sullivan. The core principals are applicable to anyone coding css. The goal of this presentation is to get you to think about how you can apply object oriented CSS to your coding workflow.
